How we handle data on byrivon.com.

This page describes what happens to your data when you visit byrivon.com. The short version: we don't track you, we don't run analytics, we don't set cookies, and we don't share anything with marketing platforms.

Who we are

byrivon.com is operated by Rivon, a small studio run by three founders between London and Italy. For any privacy question, write to hello@byrivon.com.

What we collect

We don't collect anything ourselves. There are no analytics scripts, no tracking pixels, no advertising tags, and no third-party widgets on this site.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel processes the standard request information needed to serve the page, including your IP address, browser type, and the path you requested, in short-term server logs used for security and operational purposes. We do not keep our own copy of those logs and we do not use them for analytics.

Cookies

We don't set any cookies. There is no cookie banner on the site because there is nothing to consent to.

If you email us

If you reach out using any of the mailto links on the site, you are sending an email to one of the founders. We keep that correspondence for as long as it takes to reply and follow up. We do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not share your email with anyone outside of Rivon.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or the EU, the UK GDPR and EU GDPR give you the right to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, and to ask us to delete it. Since we collect almost nothing about visitors to the site, in practice this only ever applies to email correspondence with us. To exercise any of these rights, write to hello@byrivon.com.

Changes

If our setup ever changes, for example if we add a contact form or any tool that touches your data, we will update this page and revise the date above.
